Your sponge is an all-natural asian root fiber, that has been used in medicine and a source of food diet aid for years.

The sponge is biodegradable and once it breaks down will be happy to be planted in the garden as it is good for the earth.

If the sponge is looked after it will last 2-4 months.

The first time you use the sponge immerse in warm water for a minute until it goes feathery soft .

It can be used with or without cleanser and will help remove impurities and deep cleanse even the most delicate skins.

The flat side of the sponge will gently exfoliate the skin when using light circular movements .

Once finished rinse out by gently squeezing excess water and hang in a well ventilated area. DO NOT twist or wring out as this will break down your sponge.
